Royal Minute Video Vignettes for Week of April 18, 2011

Have you found your Prince Charming? Kate Middleton is certain William is the one, but does he have any annoying habits? We'll never know unless it doesn't work out and she writes a book titled, "I Was This Close to Becoming Queen". All kidding aside, we wish them both the very best and counting down the days with the rest of the world to the wedding of the century.

Prince William has invited seven of his ex-girlfriends to the royal wedding-SEVEN- Only one of Kate's former beaus has received an official invitation. Word on the street is that Kate's ex, Rupert Finch is in a serious relationship and it is certain that the royal couple has his blessing. One ex-girlfriend of William's, Carly Massey-Birch has not been invited, which leaves the window open for that "speak now or forever hold your peace" moment. It would be interesting to learn what instructions have been given to the royal guards and Scotland Yard, in the event of a ceremonial disruption. This all begs the question, how many people do you know who have invited practically an entire stable of exes to their wedding?

Did you receive your royal wedding invitation? If so, you'll be in the company of many blue bloods, official dignitaries, Sir Paul McCartney and Sir Elton John, along with a stable of William's exes. Who's not on the guest list? There were a few who were snubbed, along with a former resident of Buckingham Palace.

Checking every storm drain, under cobble stones and behind every wall, Scotland Yard vows they will be ready with the utmost security for the Royal Wedding on April 29th.  Should any protestors or anarchists attempt to spoil the party, they will be read their rights and shuttled off in the bobby paddy wagon.
A major portion of the bill for security rests on the shoulders of the British taxpayers. Should the Windsors cover all costs? What say you?
