The Union Jack Royal bunting is up and flags are flying, heralding the wedding of the century, tomorrow, April 29, 2011. Behind the scenes, the Archbishop of Canterbury is going over his notes for the service, the London Chamber Orchestra and Westminster choir is rehearsing and there's not one hotel room left within 200 kilometers of London. The Royal newlyweds plan to reside in Wales at the start, but honeymoon destination and plans are top secret.

However, there's one more destination that might actually have some legs -- sea legs that is. There's a rumor circulating that the royal couple will honeymoon on Desroches or the North Island in the Seychelles, 930 miles off the coast of Africa in the Indian Ocean. Both islands offer secluded, pristine beaches and luxury villas fit for royalty.

Check our the Single 101 Royal Minute for tomorrow with highlights of the celebration. Our best wishes to Prince William and the future Princess Catherine!

In an elegant vision reminiscent of Grace Kelly, Catherine Elizabeth Middleton made her entrance at Westminster Abbey on the arm of her father, Michael Middleton today. Pledging their love before the world, the Duke an Duchess of Cambridge said, "I will". It was a moment that felt as though all of us viewing or present stepped into a joyful, positive future. The Buckingham Palace crowd was delighted to witness not just one kiss, but two. This was an electric, brilliant day for the world. Happy Wedding Day!

Royal Minute Video Vignettes for Week of April 18, 2011

Have you found your Prince Charming? Kate Middleton is certain William is the one, but does he have any annoying habits? We'll never know unless it doesn't work out and she writes a book titled, "I Was This Close to Becoming Queen". All kidding aside, we wish them both the very best and counting down the days with the rest of the world to the wedding of the century.

Prince William has invited seven of his ex-girlfriends to the royal wedding-SEVEN- Only one of Kate's former beaus has received an official invitation. Word on the street is that Kate's ex, Rupert Finch is in a serious relationship and it is certain that the royal couple has his blessing. One ex-girlfriend of William's, Carly Massey-Birch has not been invited, which leaves the window open for that "speak now or forever hold your peace" moment. It would be interesting to learn what instructions have been given to the royal guards and Scotland Yard, in the event of a ceremonial disruption. This all begs the question, how many people do you know who have invited practically an entire stable of exes to their wedding?

Did you receive your royal wedding invitation? If so, you'll be in the company of many blue bloods, official dignitaries, Sir Paul McCartney and Sir Elton John, along with a stable of William's exes. Who's not on the guest list? There were a few who were snubbed, along with a former resident of Buckingham Palace.

Checking every storm drain, under cobble stones and behind every wall, Scotland Yard vows they will be ready with the utmost security for the Royal Wedding on April 29th.  Should any protestors or anarchists attempt to spoil the party, they will be read their rights and shuttled off in the bobby paddy wagon.
A major portion of the bill for security rests on the shoulders of the British taxpayers. Should the Windsors cover all costs? What say you?

Royal Minute Video Vignettes-week of April 11th

How well do we know Kate Middleton? Kate earned her university degree in art history, which was Prince William's focus until he switched to geography. Possibly, she will use her education to benefit the monarchy.
The young lass from the village of Bucklebury has now changed her view from the English countryside to the palace walls of the kingdom.  Best wishes to Ms. Middleton, the future queen!

They say it's all about the dress, fashionistas are also curious about the designer. One of Kate Middleton's favorites is Daniella Issa Helayel, who designed the now famous blue dress that Kate chose to wear for the official engagement announcement.
Rumours have spread that it is Sarah Burton who has been commissioned to design the wedding gown of the century. We only have to wait 17 more days! Do you have your hat?

How did the prince say, "Will you marry me?" Or maybe he said, "Would you like to become the Queen of England someday?" Either way, Kate said, "I do!"
Can you guess how much that royal engagement ring is worth? Princess Diana's sapphire surrounded with diamonds will be something that Kate will treasure, as William wanted to give it to his bride in honor of his mother's memory.

Would you walk away from the crown jewels for love? Edward VIII of England abdicated the throne because of his undying love for Mrs. Winifred Dudley Ward. Not only was she an American, but divorced as well. Edward was only interested in one kind of woman.

Many of us dream of true love and happiness. For Prince William and his future bride and possibly Queen of England, there is more at stake. The pressures of the monarchy not only weigh heavy when it comes to position and providing volunteerism, but proving to the world that they will be successful as a royal couple must be overwhelming. We wish them the very best!

If Kate Middleton were a Catholic, would she still be able to marry Prince William?  We'll go back to the early 1550's, where England and Rome severed religious ties.

Kate Middleton had her share of rivals during the early days of courtship with Prince William. The blondes came and went, along with a few long-legged brunettes, but Kate won his heart. (What? No Redheads?)
We still beg the question, "Does ye royal apple fall far from ye royal tree?"
